The Story
The Caroma Urbane II Heated Towel Rail Vertical in Gunmetal is a 304 stainless steel hardwired heated towel rail with a contemporary PVD gunmetal finish, designed to add warmth, refined styling and everyday comfort to modern Australian bathrooms.
Constructed from 304 stainless steel and finished in PVD gunmetal for superior colour durability and scratch resistance, this heated towel rail pairs the architectural minimalism of the Urbane II range with practical, energy-efficient warmth. The slim profile keeps towels dry and warm at a comfortable 40°C (±5°C at 22°C ambient), with a 20W output and 12V dry electric element for safe, low-running-cost operation. The IP55 rating makes it suitable for bathroom installation, and a fixing kit is supplied.
Important: A transformer is required and sold separately (Caroma code 11225053T). One 72W transformer powers up to 3 rails. Hardwired installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician — concealed wiring can be routed through either the top or bottom mounting post.
