Induction technology heats your pan directly through electromagnetic energy — faster than gas, more responsive than ceramic, and dramatically more energy-efficient. The CAID9000W delivers serious cooking flexibility across five zones: a 210mm centre zone (1800/2200W boost), two 180mm zones, and two 140mm zones. Boost is available on every zone, taking total power to 7200W when you need rapid heat for searing, stir-frying, or bringing large pots to the boil.
A high-quality Schott glass surface keeps cleaning effortless, while a circle-design serigraphy on the touch controls makes operation immediately intuitive. Built-in safety features include automatic pan sensors, residual heat indicators, automatic safety shut-off, and a child lock. Each zone has its own 99-minute timer for hands-off cooking.
