What is the typical delivery timeframe for tiles and bathware?

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days for bulky items like bathtubs and large tile shipments.

Do you offer samples for your tile collections?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your own lighting. Small sample swatches can be ordered directly from the product pages for a nominal fee.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging fragile items, but if damage occurs during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a free replacement.

Can I return unused tiles if I ordered too many?

We accept returns on full, unopened boxes of tiles within 30 days of purchase. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Are your bathroom fixtures covered by a warranty?

All Blue Leaf Bathware products come with a standard manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the specific product category such as tapware, toilets, or vanities.

Do you provide professional installation services?

While we do not provide direct installation, we can recommend a network of certified plumbers and tilers in your local area to ensure your Blue Leaf products are installed correctly.
